I think the most interesting part of the trailer is the appearance of one of the two cops from the island. It seems that they are the only cop from the island that is still alive. They have been hiding in the jungle, trying to fight off the Visionaries, but are running out of ammo and cant shoot their way out of a jam. They were in the trailer for a few seconds, and then were left behind.
